Shipping, Returns and Refunds Policy

Terms of shipping, returns and refunds: 

  • Regarding our SHIPPING PROCESS:  
  • We offer free shipping on all orders priced at R900 or more.
  • We use Paxi – PEP Store-to-Store Delivery and the Courier Guy to deliver all packages. 
  • If you are using Paxi: All orders have a R60.00 shipping fee.
  • Paxi Shipping Prices: Starts at R60.00 for delivery within 7–9 working days. For quicker delivery (3–5 working days), it costs an additional R50 (R110.00).
  • How it works: When placing an order with us, you need to provide the address of your nearest PEP Store where you will be able to pick up your parcel. We will then drop off the parcel at a Pep store and choose the destination store you have chosen and that is where you the recipient will receive and collect it. When collecting your parcel you need to present a valid South African I.D. Card or Book. A package tracking number will be sent to the contact number you provide when placing your order.
  • If using The Courier Guy: Shipping prices start from R125 (prices may vary depending on shipping address provided).
  • How it works: When placing an order with us, you need to provide your contact details and the home/business address where the package will be delivered. We will then ship the parcel to you using the destination address you have provided and that is where you the recipient will receive your order. A package tracking number will be sent to the contact number you provide when placing your order.
  • Regarding RETURNS: We DO NOT offer returns on our products as they are classified as medication. We will assist you accordingly should you encounter one of the following scenarios: the product received was not what was ordered, the order was damaged in transit by the carrier/shipping company, or the order was received having expiry date issues (e.g. Order was received but the expiry date is close to being fulfilled or the expiry date has already passed). 
  • If you receive an order that is different from what was ordered a return of the product is not required, in such an instance we will provide a full refund or replace the original order. Before a refund or replacement is initiated, we require you to send a picture of the wrong product that was received vis email. 
  • In cases where products were received damaged, the matter must be reported within a maximum of 48 hours after receiving your order, reporting the issue after 48 hours will not be accepted. 
  • In cases where the product was indeed received damaged a full refund without return will be issued. Before a refund is initiated, we require you to send a picture of the damaged product that was received vis email. 
  • In cases where products were received having expiry date issues, the matter must be reported within a maximum of 48 hours after receiving your order, reporting the issue after 48 hours will not be accepted. 
  • In cases where the product was indeed received having expiry date issues a full refund without return will be issued. Before a refund is initiated, we require you to send a picture of the expiry date on the product that was received vis email.
  • Regarding our PROCESS of REFUND: We will issue a full refund once all the details of your issue have been confirmed and all relevant proof has been sent to us via email. A confirmation email of your refund will be sent, depending on your bank's refund processing time it may take between 3 - 7 Business days to reflect in your account.
